VOCABULARY LIST

1.        Modernity
Suffix: -ity: of being
Noun
Of the present or recent times.
Ex: A renaissance man who understood the essence of modernity lay in globalization and the integration of cultures and boundaries.


2.        Artistic
Suffix: -ic: causing, making
Adjective
Having or showing skill in art.
Ex: He himself was a man influenced by the archipelago: Born in Natal wit Minangkabau roots, and raised in Bengkulu, he worked in the capital for more than 40 years but his hearth belonged to Bali for the Balinese people’s creativity and artistic endeavors.


3.        Journalist
Suffix: -ist: one who
Noun
Person whose proffession is journalism.
